1. Weekly Analysis What I learned

I learned about how Italian Renaissance architecture reflects a refined sense of interest in architecture, art ,and the ideas from Rome and Greece! These concepts include symmetry, proportion ,and balance to create structures that deal harmoniously and organized. I also learned how classical elements and decorative details were included into these cathedrals and palaces.  Studying this architecture helped me understand how the architecture reflects the culture , values , and technological advancements of a specific period. I also enjoy to see how these architectural styles often adapt from the past!

    4. Conclusion

All in all, studying Italian Renaissance architecture helps me gauge the importance of classical influence of proportion and balance in architectural design. Buildings such as "Florentine palaces" and the "Florentine Cathedral" demonstrate how architects design with traditional ideals to adapt and create new, impressive structures. Many Renaissance principles are still present and continue to influence modern generations!
